  1. Walls & Paint – Look for holes, scuffs, touch-up needs, or unapproved paint colors.

  2. Floors & Carpets – Check for stains, scratches, pet odors, or excessive wear.

  3. Appliances – Make sure all appliances are clean, working, and undamaged.

  4. Bathrooms – Inspect sinks, toilets, tubs, grout, and mirrors for cleanliness and leaks.

  5. Kitchen & Cabinets – Check for grease, food residue, missing knobs, or damaged doors.

  6. Doors & Windows – Test locks, handles, screens, and seals; clean glass surfaces.

  7. Light Fixtures & Bulbs – Confirm all lights work and replace missing bulbs.
